    My game doesn't start


    Hey there! I have a problem with an special game that is Minecraft,when I put the disc in Xbox One the game starts but after a few seconds it back to the Xbox One home screen and the game won't open. This already happened to me I had to uninstall the game
    and reinstall it but I lost all the game files. How can you help me so I don't lose the game files?

    Did you try the power cycle? If that did not work try to uninstall and reinstall the game. If it still doesn't work after that try deleting and re-sycing save files.

    Normally Power Cycling will resolve this issue, But there has been a few cases were I have had to wait around 24 hours before the game hub updates

    hey there :)

    Just try to power cycle your console, by press and hold for ten seconds the front button ;)

    That way you will clear the cache!

    If this doesn't work, try to reinstall the game ;)
