Discus and support my game does not start in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have a game that crashed on me. I then shut off my pc and then tried playing it again.     my game does not start


    I have a game that crashed on me. I then shut off my pc and then tried playing it again. I click it and this text pops up "We recommend starting the game in safe mode. Default settings will be restored. You will not lose your key binds. Do you want to restore default settings now?". No big deal happened before. I press Yes and nothing happens. I try again. nothing. I try pressing no. Nothing. Even cancel, nothing. I got to task manager and see, everytime I do anything the entire application stops. Any fixes?

    Hello again, this game was for the Nintendo DS, PlayStation 3,Wii and Xbox 360 platforms, however I believe that when it came out the free version of it was compatible with Windows:registered: XP is difficult to know if there is any compatibility with current systems, the ideal would be to contact the developer to see if they can help you.

    the game is spiderman shattered dimensions, I got it online if that makes a difference. and this only happens with that game. I think my system is updated

    Hello Oasis, what would be the game that tries to play and it does not start?

    Does this only happen with this game, or with other games you have on your PC, is it purchased or is playing through the Game Pass?

    Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, to Windows 10 or 11?
