my game does not play and xbox support does not help

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried visiting our Game Troubleshooting page? If you have, try uninstalling the game. Let us know what happens!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are unable to project an image on your monitor.

You can attempt to
reset your display setting to see if this helps alleviate the problem. This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
   
2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
   
3. Press and hold the Xbox button and the
   Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep.
   Don’t let go until the second beep occurs.
   
4. In either case, this will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, press the
   Xbox button to open the guide. Go to Profile & system >
   Settings > General > TV & display options, and then select the resolution you want from the Display dropdown.

Nevermind. I found what low resolution mode is. Sorry for bothering

my guess would be that these games don't support cloud saves. Xbox 360 does not automatically save the cloud unless the game supports it

You would need to contact Ubisoft support for additional help
