    Help. I have not been able to open a game of taptiles for over a week. I really miss playing it.

    Have you tried hard reset? also tried uninstalling your games

    My Game Does Not Open

    Have you performed a full reboot of the console? Hold the power button down for 10+ seconds, it'll make a noise and the console will reboot, going into the green screen.

    Can you try completely quitting the game and restarting? To do so hover over Forza Horizon 4 icon and tap menu button, and select Quit. Then try to start game again.

    If problem still exists try to power cycle your console by following the steps: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Unfortunately your tip did not solve my problem, as much as I do that you asked me the game continues not to open, that message appears and it does not work

    I see you've already done some troubleshooting to get Forza back up and running. We suggest you try

    uninstalling the game    .

    1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
      See all.
    2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
      on your controller.
    3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
