    My game does not load in


    I have recently began playing my original Red Dead Redemption game, it loads up fine but when I want to play multiplayer, or single player. It tells me to choose a saved game and when I do, the game then loads but after it puts 2 bullets into the revolver
    it freezes for a second, then brings me back to the Xbox 360 dashboard. This has been occurring much more in the past week, so I then went to the store and picked up a new copy of the game, and it still does the same thing. However when I play anyother game
    it works fine, but not this one, any Ideas?

    Does not load the game

    Bought a prefix in the kit went 2 games, one through the promo code. The code is activated but the game does not load.

    Hi bostob19! Have you tried clearing your system cache here
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache     and removing all things downloaded on your devices associate with Red Dead? You can also try choosing to load from a different storage device. Hope this helps!

    Hey there, Bard!

    I'm sorry to see any issues! I am unsure if I understand what the situation is, though. It appears that you've bought a console bundle with the code for Forza Horizon 2 within it. After redeeming the code, it does not appear to be downloading on your console.
    Is this correct?

    If so, let me know which console you own. There are different steps for each console and I want to make sure I give you the proper ones.

    Hi there,

    first thing I would try is to uninstall the game and remove any partial downloads from the storage section (Settings - System - storage)

    When the game and partial downloads are removed then please clear the console cache via Settings - System - Storage - hightlight a storage device and press Y, this should show a menu with the option to clear the cache, please do this 3 times.

    After then power the console off, wait at least 60 seconds and then power the console on again, try and install/download something else.

    After that try and download/install the game again (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic)
