My game dissapeared!

Hello everyone! I love playing starwars battlefront ii and think it is an absolutely gorgeous game. I have many hours on it and my specialist, heavy, assult, and officer are all around level 50. Today I needed a 3gb update for the game, but for whatever
reason my xbox wasnt having a strong connection to the internet, and was slow. The game was downloading at an extremely slow pace, and then gave up at %1.7. I tried to resume it a few times but nothing happened, and I even powered off and on the xbox. I then
went to clear the updates que. I cleared it, but then the space on the internal harddrive dropped significantly and the game was fully uninstalled. I did a hard restart on the xbox. Now the connection and speed are great, but I dont have the game. I own a
disc for swbfii, but when I put the disk in the xbox, nothing happens. I cant even find the game... luckily I had the game pinned to the home screen, but when I launch it there, it takes me to the store instead of launching it up, telling me I need to install
it, or updating. It is gone. What do I do? And please dont let me loose my progress and unlocks!

Thanks m3tal ac3, it worked. I had to format it and download all games again. Didnt loose any progress/saves so thats cool. Just took time downloading everything. Thanks!

Hi Dash,

Anytime you cancel an update for a game, the entire game becomes uninstalled because the current version of the game wouldn't be able to play without the update. You will need to reinstall it again from your disc. You won't lose your progress or unlocks
as long as you have been connected to Xbox Live because your data gets backed up to the Xbox Live Cloud Storage automatically and will re-sync once the game re-installs.

Take the disc out, hard reset your Xbox and power cycle it by unplugging the power cable for 5 minutes from the Xbox and the power outlet. Turn it on and let it go through the loading screen and put the disc in once it's in your home page. If it's still
not doing anything, try going to the store and select install and see what it says.

If a game update is interrupted it will uninstall the entire game. Just reinstall. I had this happen to me with Forza Horizon 4.

Seems like you are having problems with you HDD. Try to clear your console cache and if that doesn't help, save your game saves in a usb and format your HDD, after this download the gamed your purchased from the download history.

Hi, thanks for answer, the game I can't found is Disney Epic Mickey 2, I'm not sure the reason because this game dissapeared from my library but I hope you could help me. I've already played this game before it dissapeared and already earned achievements.
