My game disk won’t start

Hello! Here are two solutions from Xbox support: 1.) Clear your local saved games and try reinstalling the game,
and or 2.) take your console offline and install the game. Here are
the steps:

1. Step 1: Use your console offline.
2. Step 2: Cancel the download.
3. Step 3: Eject the game disc and power cycle the console.
4. Step 4: Install the game

I recommend that you try following the steps on this link first in order to resolve the issue Error 0x91d7000a occurs when you try to load a Blu-ray Disc on Xbox One | Xbox Support.

If the issue persists please try clearing your persistent storage following the steps below:

1- Go to settings

2- Select devices and connections

3- Select Blu-ray

4- Choose persistent storage and clear it

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 10-15 seconds plug all your cables back in and then restart your console.

Hey I tried clearing it but to no avail it still won’t play regular dvds

this is what i do i put in black ops 2 it make growling sound says play game on disk so i start game and as soon as it starts it says disk is unreadable... but it doesnt seem to be xbox or disk the disk runs perfectly on my brothers xbox but then my xbox
