My game disappeared

hey so a while back I purchased alien isolation sometime when it first came out and it was 40 to 50 dollars and the game is completely gone I would appreciate it if you would give me the money back. Thanks

Another user suggested that we could uninstall the app and then go to the store and install it again.

It worked for me on my laptop, but because I played during the period between the update and the fix for the update, a couple of leaderboard values are a bit strange. And all the games I played in the "dark period" between the first update and the subsequent
fix have disappeared.

My previous games have re-appeared. However, if my original opponents do not re-instal the game, they may not be able to complete our games.

I think I will message them to suggest this solution

I had the same problem, so I uninstalled the app and when I reinstalled it the games came back.

 

It should still be in your 'Ready to install' section.

 

You might also want to check to see if you accidentally hid the game, to check, goto your ready to install and press both triggers & X

 

If both the previous suggestions don't find the game for you, I'd recommend working with official support to review your account purchase history.

So here is a problem I have had with Microsoft many many times, The thing i would suggest for you to do is to make sure when you buy games you have a paper trail or physical evidence because we all know how stuff works sometimes. Just
be on top of it, I am sorry that this has happened to you and hope you resolve it.

 

Hello. You should look into Microsoft Accounts, Sign in to your Microsoft account Order History and there must appear your purchase.

Also if you buy and own the game. It will appears like this in the Store "You own this product"

Make sure you are signed in with the same account that bought it?

 

make sure it isn’t t hidden and also check on ‘Ready to install’ tab if it’s not there I’d suggest you contact support Also be sure to have the receipt with you
