My game disappeared from my xbox library after i had acquired.

I had acquired a game ( Star wars battlefront II of 2005 ) and installed, but after a while I desistled for an problem ( Ox803F8001). Now I wanted to reinstall the game and it's not in my library, what can I do? I checked my microsoft purchase history
on my behalf and the game appears to have been bought. I would like a solution. I am your regular client and I hope you can solve the problem, otherwise you will have lost an good client. Thanks.

If you purchased the game and it is not showing up for whatever reason I would suggest you contact Xbox support to see if they are able to assist you with this issue.

Have you checked the ready to install section? if a game is purchased but not currently installed you should find it in that list.

Yes I checked but nothing. Even if I view the game directly from the Microsoft store, it tells me to buy it a second time, as if I hadn't bought it.

I checked and after a while magically appeared among the games to be installed. But now another problem has arisen: After installing it, the game does not start is my error (0x803f8001) continuously. What should I do? I tried to uninstall and apply but nothing. Same mistake.

I am currently having the same problem with a brand new xbox x. Fresh from the box and i can not access any of my previous purchased games. Have gone through all "console types" and "hidden" menus, no result. Going to a games page shows me an install button
but no action happens upon clicking install. Seagate transfer with 4k updates also had no results.

Make sure you are logged into the same account that you make the game purchases on.
