    My game crashes after the title screen


    Ok so here is the deal. I have been trying to play borderlands 3 for some time now and whenever I open the game it gets past the loading screen just fine. However, when I press a button to get past the title screen it crashes with no error messages. I have
    no idea what is causing it because the disc I've been using (which is owned by someone else) has been working just fine for them. Any suggestions?

    Some things to note:

    This all started after the Halloween event.

    When I sign the owner of the disc in and myself I can then sign them out but still play it just fine once I'm past the title screen. This is a little bit of an inconvenience due to the regularity that the owner is using their profile.

    I have purchased the digital version in order to remedy this but it changed nothing.

    The disc version is the pre-order game which came with the first season pass and some pre-order cosmetics and weapons.

    This is happening on the xbox one and the xbox one x.

    I also purchased the first season pass thinking that might help as well but it also changed nothing.

    I am using the Xbox one S 500gb hard drive. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the games are crashing. I have figured out that games under 7 gbs my Xbox can play but any bigger they crash after the title screen.

    Having the Same issue as everyone else here. Digital version for me. Game crashes after the title screen and reverts me back to the dashboard. On my first Install attempt, I got as far as the character creation and when I went to start the campaign, it crashed.
    Re-downloaded three times, still no luck. I've also tried all the hard reseting.
