My game clips and screenshots are not uploading

No ONLY my screenshots and a small handful of clips are uploadable the rest of my clips are not uploadable. Microsoft discontinued uploading clips from the PC companion.

There are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, Prezzie however, there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft which is why we may just need to perform troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.
3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

I’ve exactly the same issue. Seems highly likely that this is a Xbox network backend problem, since Xbox reports captures successfully uploaded to the Xbox network, and all the networking in general seems to work just fine. I face the problem when Xbox or Xbox mobile app tries to access a specific capture (via notification linking) or uploaded captures are missing from the Xbox network captures listing. Guessing that uploads actually end up into the backend servers but don’t end up to the storage/system from which Xbox network actually serves the captures shown for the users.

Hiya original poster here. I believe the issue has been sorted at least they appear to have been sorted my end. I am able to upload clips and screenshots now hopefully you are able to or will be able to soon

I can’t upload anything either, regardless of how many times I tried. Before I posted this, I had attempted to upload a screenshot and when I went to the notification for both Xbox and the Xbox App, I was greeted to an error screen pretty much that said “Something went wrong, please try again later”, it says it for both screenshots and game clips, and I mean any screenshot or game clip on my console storage will not upload. I’ve attempted to upload the screenshot after the restarts and MAC address clearings.
