My game account in TESO has been blocked, Zenimax's revenge.

I am contacting the Microsoft Campaign Support Team to help people who buy computer games accounts. Because Microsoft bought and owns some software products that are computer games.

In particular, I am the owner of three game accounts in the TESO game, which was previously owned by Zenimax. I bought them 5 years ago.
As you know, the owner of the Zenimax campaign was the famous lawyer-financier R. Altman. He gained his fame in the world, being himself under investigation for his fraudulent activities in the financial sector. As a result, the court forbade him to engage in activities related to banks. But this did not stop him, he continued the financial games with the money of people who bought Zenimax products.
He developed very strict rules of conduct in this game for the players of this game. The Zenimax campaign persistently imposed these Rules on players, demanding to agree with them. At the same time, the players were threatened with the complete confiscation of the account they bought, in case of violation of these Rules.


As you know, the TECO game is an MMO. You don't need to be an expert in psychology and sociology to know that this game is a war simulator. We all know what war is. This is hell. This is the kind of hell this game is. In this game, you are constantly being killed by other players, and you are also killing other people.
Many people like this game precisely for the ability to kill people. That is, we all understand what we will face in this game when we buy it.
I'm sure the developers of this game know this too.

The owner of this game, Mr. Altman, also knew this very well. He decided to capitalize on these base passions of humanity, on the desire to kill people.
Now let's go back to the Rules of this game, which were developed by Zenimax Campaign Legal as the owner of this game. If you read these Rules, you will be surprised at a lot.
In short, the player who bought this game has practically no rights. He only has the right to pay money and kill his life time in this game.

At the same time, these Rules assign absolutely all possibilities to Zenimax.
Now I am in a situation where I have come under the attack of these Rules. In fact, this is the real "reprisal" carried out on me in court. This judgment was perpetrated over me by the "Rules" drawn up by Mr. Altman, the owner of this game.
That is, Zenimax took from me my money spent on the purchase of three game accounts in this game, using the prohibitions in these Rules.
In fact, we are talking about the Rules of Conduct from the real life in which we live. And this is carried over to this computer game.

These "Rules" can be used to accuse you of acts for which there are severe penalties in an American court.
In particular, the staff of the Zenimax campaign announced that I was a member of the "Hate Group", and on the basis of this they blocked all my game accounts.

I declare that this is not the case. I do not engage in political activism in this game, I do not propagandize any political or national or sexual concepts in the reality of this game. That is, I do not impose LGBT life on anyone, I do not humiliate someone's racial feelings, I do not persecute Jews. It's just a game I'm trying to have fun with. I call pleasure not murders, but completing quests in the game, and the reality of the game, and communication with the players. No one has the right to engage in racially motivated bullying. You cannot persecute a person just because he is European and has a European race, as well as brought up in the culture of continental Europe. In the same way, you cannot do this with regard to Jews.

I believe that Zenimax carried out an illegal act of reprisal against me, for reasons of personal revenge. This is due to the fact that I criticized the shortcomings of this game. I said out loud that this game has been around for 6 years, and all this time, gross technical errors have not been corrected in it. These bugs have become the subject of ridicule throughout the gaming community and are known on the Internet.

In addition, Zenimax is heavily censoring its Forum. Under the pretext of fighting cyber-bullying and trolls, they ban (block for life) players on their Forum. That is, they violate the right of speech of the people who bought their product. They forbid discussing the shortcomings of this product. This is done in a crude, totalitarian manner. The scenario of reprisals against dissidents is very simple. First, you are attacked by trolls on this Forum, showered with insults, for example, on ethnic grounds. They insulted my country by publishing dirty memes about Russia. They insulted me personally, calling me a mentally retarded Russian who cannot write English. Zenimax Forum Moderators did not remove this. And when I answered these trolls: "shut up freaks", the owners of the Forum blocked me.


That is, Zenimax declared personal war on me (and people like me) and directly insulted me back in 2016, when he blocked my account on his Forum. But they could not destroy me as a person. I started writing about the shortcomings of this game in the chat of the game itself.
Then they started trolling me back. This was no ordinary trolling on the part of ordinary players. When Zenimax took my accounts from me, I wrote to them demanding a refund of money or accounts. They answered me that I am a malicious violator of their "Rules". And in a letter in January 2021, they said: "You have been breaking our Rule since 2017." That is, they have been collecting incriminating information on me all these years. All these years they trolled me, and they recorded my response actions, so that later they could present them in court if I go to court.

I want to know how many game accounts Zenimax has blocked during the entire existence of this game. I am sure that tens of thousands of game accounts are stolen money from players.
I am sure that this method of doing "business" is a family one in the Altman family. After the death of financial lawyer Altman, his business was inherited by his direct heir, his son.

This game has now been sold to Microsoft.
Now that this game is no longer the property of the Altman family, and their personal blood feud against me (and against other free-thinking players) has ended, I am asking the Microsoft campaign to return at least one of my TESO game accounts to me.

I assure the Microsoft campaign that all the accusations against me are completely groundless, this is slander and the fact of extrajudicial reprisals against me committed by their owners, in response to my statements about Zenimax.
I did not commit the actions that are attributed to me, in particular, I did not belong to the "hate groups" that kill Jews. Basically, I was accused of being a Nazi and a white racist. Accordingly, in view of the fact that the Altman family are Jews by nationality, they actually had the opportunity to deal with me, using such accusations against me. That is, the Altman family (owners of Zenimax) used the mechanisms of American laws, and manipulated them for their own purposes, for reprisals against people whom they considered their personal enemies (enemies of their wallet).

You can influence the player control staff who decided to take my game account.

Also, I received a direct threat from the Zenimax staff - a warning so that I never return to this game. They said they would hunt me down and destroy my accounts in this game if I return to it again. I believe that this is a fact of personal persecution on their part. In addition, these words are direct evidence of the fact that Zenimax employees are engaged in their own personal war against the gamers that interfere with them.


Also, I apply to Microsoft for permission to buy a game account for the TESO game, and protect me from harassment by the Altman family and the Zenimax campaign.
