    I pre-ordered the FIFA 17 Standard Edition from the XBOX store and I have not received my codes for the 5 FUT Draft tokens. Can someone please help me?

    Hey there ItzHrpr,

    These items are in game content that's released weekly once the game has officially released. Keep an eye in game once it has released. You should be able to use the content then. If you have any issues once the game has released you'll want to reach out
    to EA who will be best to further assist since it's an in game issue.

    Hey, TAPPY71! According to
    EA's Edition information for FIFA 17    , you received exactly what you should have on the first sign in. You will want to sign in to FUT each week for 4 weeks to get your weekly draft token. You would only receive the FUT Kit if you pre-ordered, based on the
    same article.

    If you have any issues with getting your future draft tokens, you will need to reach out to EA for further assistance. Thanks for understanding!

    Thanks for posting! These draft tokens were not sent out as codes via Xbox Live. These draft tokens are delivered once a week, so if you have already redeemed 1 token, you will need to wait each week to receive any additional tokens. If you haven't already,
    be sure to verify you have installed the '5 FUT Draft Tokens' pack by highlighting the FIFA 17 tile, pressing the Menu button to select 'Manage game', and then check the 'Ready to install' section.

    Keep in mind if this was purchased on a different account and are sharing with the original purchaser, you may not have access to this content.
