My Fullscreen Games Keeps Minimizing

When I open my full screen games, it directly minimizes it, or when I first alt+tab and then try to open it again, it minimizes it. And when I. try to enlarge the game again, if the resolution of the game is low, it does not open without alt+enter. If the resolution is high, it does not remain on the screen without left-clicking the mouse button, and it minimizes again.

I tried things like turning off notifications, turning off game mode, typing commands in Windows Powershell. My graphics card version is up to date. How can I solve this problem?
