My friends were being stupid I need help

I suggest you do what our fellow gamers have told you. Get it all fix. I would also recommend that you don't share your personal information with anyone even if they are your best friends. Good luck.

unfortunately no you cannot have these report amended, as the account owner you are held responsable for anything and everything that happen on it, even if you personally did nothing wrong your account was used to violate the services standards

As mentioned above, unfortunately your responsible for whatever activity occurs on your account and support will not be able to assist you in this matter as enforcement actions are handled entirely by the enforcement team.

To help protect your account, I'd recommend adjusting your
sign-in preferences. If people might have access to your account when your not around, make sure you don't have it set to "no barriers" and never share your account information / log-in information with anyone else.

If an enforcement action has been taken against your account(s), you can try to submit an appeal to the enforcement team from their website. There isn't a way to retract a report, but you can defend yourself from it with an appeal or at the very least, learn
your lesson about letting friends have access to your account(s). Hopefully your previous record was clear and the enforcement team might be able to see that it was abnormal behavior.

but Xbox enforcement decision is final. Your account is your responsibility so you should put your account on lock down and not allow friends to use it if they act this way, there is terms of service and code of conduct to follow and they are in place to
protect everyone.

Unfortunately, as these comments came from your accounts, I think it's unlikely that they will drop the bans. You can set up more security on your account like requesting a 6-digit pin to be entered every time you log in. This way, even if someone else
is in the house with you, they cannot log you onto Xbox without knowing your pin. Don't give account info to anybody, and I would enable the pin number for log in and don't share that with anyone either.
