Discus and support My friends tell me I'm apearing offline but I'm online. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've check all my setting and I should be appearing online.     My friends tell me I'm apearing offline but I'm online.


    I've check all my setting and I should be appearing online. I did a hard restart a few times and no luck. Reset my modem and router a few times still the same. So I'm stuck in appearing offline. I can join parties and play multiplayer games.

    My social based stuff of xbox one isn't working

    My party chat is not working, it keeps kicking me out when I try to go into the party to to kick people, my messages are apearing as white blanks and I can't view my profile on Xbox one, it keeps saying something went wrong and it won't update my friends
    list so people are apearing online even after they are offline and my online friends are appearing offline, and my friends are saying I'm offline when I'm not, i asked someone else if they are having this issue too and they said they are. I checked the website
    to see if there was any problems and it says everything is fine and I been having this issue for 2 hours now

    Xbox saying I'm offline when I'm in game but online when I'm not.

    So, this primarily happens when I'm in game on Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered, however this still happens on Infinite Warfare - I appear offline when playing in Matches (I didn't set my self offline as my status message) as soon as I get out of the
    match I appear back online. During this time of me being offline I don't receive any invites, not notifications, I also can't record using encoded software for xbox. This all appeared out of no where, I've tried setting myself offline the online to see if
    that works, I've tried to update but it doesn't allow me to update. If anyone can help me that would be fantastic, thank you for your time.

    i'm kinda having the sane problem. I'm usually an offline player, and i went online to rank up my online player, and it made my offline player the same as the offline player, please tell me how to fix this.

    Some friends always appearing as offline.

    I'm having the same issue, out of 96 friends There are 4 glitched to OFFLINE, I can't see there bio,motto,location etc. I'm having this issue with my girlfriend I know shes online becuase shes telling me she is and she is not appear offline. Niether one
    of us have changed are privacy settings, this started about 3 days ago. She says she has other friends that can not see her information either but others can see it just fine. I logged on Xbox.com and tried to see it through there and still she is OFFLINE,
    I also know she is not apear offline becuase you can see the last game she played and time offline if that were the case, But i can't see what was the last game she played or the amount of time she has been off:(. Hopefully Microsoft is working on this, Yes
    there are bigger issues to work on but this one still needs to be known.

    So, I also am having this same issue. I have tried all the above things as well and even though it shows on my screen that I'm online ...... I appear offline to everyone. I have power cycled the unit. I have unplugged all my internet stuff. I have tried
    to change myself to Offline and back to Online. still shows to everyone on my friends list as being Offline. I'm online now, but if you're to look me up : JEEPERGUY you will find me as offline. I'm a little frustrated because I actually had put myself as
    Offline for a few days, then when I changed myself back to Online, my friends still say that I'm Offline. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

    No, I realise that. It's just when I'm online, my friends look at my profile and it says offline, even though I'm set to appear online.
