    My ranked got reset on MCC..

    I haven't touched it. Waiting for the green light.

    Xbox Live down?

    My Xbox Live on my One and my 360 are both down. I can play, but no chat, friends lists or parties. Cant really play MP at all. Anyone else having this problem? Ive got 4 or 5 friends having the same trouble so it not me, and please don't say hard reset.

    Can you explain more about this problem? Do they disappear or what?

    If they disappear please check to make sure you're on the same account as on your console by checking the email address:

    He did not have to delete your friend. Check to see if you have it switched to Favorites. It has already happened to me.

    I'm having this problem to I was signed out of xbox live and sign back in and all of my friends weren't on my friends list I had none at all and I've tried downloading my profile, turning off my Xbox, and resetting it if anyone else has had this problem
    and knows how to fix it let me know
