My friends have been deleted! I need help.

Two days ago I opened my Xbox Console Compainion and wanted to play with my friend Til (tilaxter).

I searched my friends list but i didn't find him. When i want to add him and restart the program, he was deleted instantly afterwards!

Do you know why this happens? I would be happy if so.

Maybe you or someone else in your xbox may have unintentionally blocked your friend, so resolve can go to your profile, followers / blocked, and seek gamertag and unlock if you can't, get help from your parents.

hi lulu sorry you are having problems, maybe unlikely but its possible that the person blocked you and doesn't want the contact, but more than likely its to do with your privacy settings and your age group, if you are unsure on your xbox settings i would
recommend speaking with a parent/guardian so you know where you stand regarding adding friends.

Im afraid there no way to really recover the account message if he deleted. Maybe there a way but far as I know

There noway of recovering deleted message on xbox live. Try asking xbox support at xbox.com/support.
