Hi. Recently, I got permanently banned on my account. I didn't knew how it happened because I've did nothing wrong! It said that I got banned for cheating.. Im 100% legit! I've never cheated in my whole life! So I tried to make a Case Review and Enforcement
Team refused to believe I got hacked. So I tried to go further into my "why I got banned" investigation! And I found a proof that someone who lives in Ireland connected into my Xbox Account! I even have his IP! ( I live into Canada, Quebec) that's why I make
some errors in my typing.. Well.. Its a total mistake.. The date of the Ireland dude connecting on my account is concording with the dates I was receiving those Enforcement Emails for no reasons. So there was definitely someone on my account doing stuff. I
wanna have my Account and my games back! Im a legit gamer and I diserve to get back what I PAID FOR. 900$+ of downloadable content lost because someone decided to hack me... Its been 2 days that im banned and I can't play.. Please review all of this all over
again, I want to have my Account back!.. Thanks..

Hi my friend got communication banned for 2 weeks for no reason this guy was harrassing him and my friend got banned over nothing his gamertag is Dirty hithere and the person who banned him was LyricCamera1280 so I was wondering if you can reduce/unban Dirty
hithere and ban LyricCamera1280 permanently/temperory

Really? No false perm ban? Is that why I got banned for buying/selling things that are not allowed such as cheats even though I have no paypal, credit card or any other way of receiving or sending money? I have NEVER used ANYTHING not allowed by microsoft.
There's also a lot of false bans that you can find on the internet. Some of them are not perm but one of them was a communication ban even though the person has never used a mic and has never messaged anything inappropriate. That person was my brother.

If you bought your Xbox used, there's a good chance that it was an Xbox that got caught cheating, and the console itself was permanently banned from Xbox LIVE. You will have to take this issue up with the retailer or person you purchased the Xbox from, as
the ban in place cannot be removed.

Well on my other profile the one that i use the most i got banned because i muted one of my friends cousin he told my other friend that he was going to report him so i did not unmute well the next day i got banned until 7-30-14 and if a xbox person see this

You will not get the suspension lifted though.

Cheating is cheating,no matter what kind of cheating it is.You're lucky it wasn't a permanent ban.

Xbox live wasn't around in 2001 so not sure how you had an enjoyable experience on it then.
