My friends do show up but don’t show their info

So basicly i was playing gta then had to go turned off my xbox yeah ok. So then i logged on the next day and then my friends were still on it showed the game that they were “playing” it said like my friend was playing gta. I invited him he said im playing
rainbow 6 siege and when i tried to open his profile it just turned gray like the information about his profile it was grey and stuff, but i can invite him and i had party overlay it didnt show me its like a visual glitch but it hurts me. Pls help me.

Sometimes xbox gets these weird glitches and it takes a couple days for them to get fixed. I wouldn't worry about this for too long.

While i dont think its showing on the Xbox Live Status page for anything wrong, I have gotten this question from people on Twitter, same issues. Making me think there is a glitch currently as ive had them try soft resets, hard resets, etc....no success

Can you check under
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders if your purchases show up there, or if there were any purchasing issues?

If the purchase shows without problems on that page, go to the Destiny 2 game tile under "My Games and Apps" and press the Menu button. Choose to manage the game.

Check that there are no add ons under the ready to install section.

Also make sure that the Microsoft Account that you used to buy the game matches the Microsoft Account that tries to install/play the game on the console.

It doesnt show it on there i bought forsaken a while ago but shadow keep was recent and its not on that website iv been trying to get my expasions back for days now and im getting annoyed id like a code or a refund
