    If your friend is not sure what this transaction is in their
    account history     then they will need to contact Xbox Support via the website as they deal with billing and subscription issues. Make sure you tell your friend to be logged
    into their account when making contact with support.

    I had the same question -- Editing to say I figured out it was my son's

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription

    $59.00 + tax.

    Didn't see the subscription on here, so asked him about it and realized we created a different Microsoft account for the Xbox stuff. Kinda stupid! LOL

    Logged into that one and it showed the subscription.
