My friends can't see my profile information

My friends can't see my achievements, name, location, bio or anything at all in my account either on the xbox 360 console and xbox one.

I still can't see my friends go to my profile invite to party chat this sucks

 

Auto recorded game clips not showing up?

Me too. Clips are showing up on xbox console and smartglass but not on xbox.com. I can only see achievements. My friend is having same issue. I can see my friends videos by going on their profile page, but I can't see videos on my page. Other users also
can see my videos by going to my profile in their friends list.

 

That is up to the Privacy settings on your account should be able to do it likes

360:

Settings> Privacy> Change settings> and customize. Just update so that friends only can see it if that's what you want.

Xbox One:

Settings> Privacy & online safety> then the rest is the same like the 360.

 

I already have that on for everyone. I talked to Xbox Support, they told me to post it here and wait for a moderator to do something, so that's what I'm doing.

 

unfortunately phone support told you wrong. They tend to send people here even though they don't even know the rules.

Huh.. It's the first time it ever happened to me. They always end up finding a solution for my problem.

 

well have you done it on the website yet?

Under Gamertag> my account> Security, family, forums> verify yourself> click on online safety> turn everything off and then save for both xbox 360 and One> turn back on save again> and the check.

 

I haven't turned everything off and on again no. Might do that soon. Thanks for all the suggestions though

 

other people are having same issue; troubleshooting didn't work (deleting/ redownloading profile, changing the privacy settings thru console) any other recommended steps if nothing works??
