Solution 1:

Check your NAT type, normally this can interfere if your nat is closed, it is best to have the nat open, for that follow the instructions below.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.

Solution 2:

Have your friends create an invite-only group, and tell them to invite you to this group.

Solution 3:

Make sure your privacy settings allow you to communicate with everyone. Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard and select Profile & System > Settings > Account > Privacy & Security > Xbox Privacy. Select View details and customize > Communication and multiplayer, then make your changes.

Unmute or unblock the person you are trying to talk to. Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard, then select Groups & Chats. Select the group to expand the group list, choose the person you want to listen to again, and select Unmute.

Check the chat volume of each person in your group. Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard, then select Groups & Chats. Select the group to expand the list of participants, choose the person you want to check out, and make sure the volume slider is at a level you can hear. To change the volume level, move left or right using the directional button  or the left thumbstick  to adjust the volume slider.

Verify that you have signed in to group chat from within the group window.

Since you have done quite a bit of troubleshooting and tried multiple headsets already, you also mentioned that you sound normal and clear when you send voice messages, it could be your friends that need to check their audio setting. However, I would suggest checking your NAT type. It should be open because that could sometimes interfere.
