No one should have access to your account other than you. That violates rules and puts you at risk for being banned. You should also change your password https://account.live.com/password/reset and keep it private this time.

I trying resetting my password and even try to recover it but still can’t get in smh. I just bought my Xbox with the game pass last week and now I can’t even use it no more. I guess it time to return it n get my money back

I had to reconnect to my network and now I have to renter my Microsoft password. I can’t figure out how to select “reset password” on my tv screen using the Xbox controller(can’t get out of the keyboard) . Any suggestions?
