My friend slimthug Microsof acount was temporarily blocked

My friend temporarily living in uk but forget password of microsof acount and when his register on xbox live put email when my friend try recover password security code not receiceved in that email but my living please was change to another region
us his use another option but this time my friend in there put new info where his living because my friend was forget password of his acount cant update his microsoff acount profile info. After long hours try'n remember his original password but cant sing

So my friend again tryn recover password but in that mail not received security code

so what my friend need to do get back his acount

why did my acount get blocked from everything including online

my acount got blocked from everything on January 30 at about 6:28

Hi, ok my advise would be to first try and 'fix' the temporarily blocked account issue, you can do this by following this link

windows.microsoft.com/.../account-temporarily-blocked-faq and try and contact support for windows live (Get help with Outlook.com)

If your friends Microsoft Account has been blocked, please could he follow the instructions within this support article here:

Account temporarily blocked. If your friend can not get the security code which is tells you about, you will then need to contact Microsoft Customer support though this link here: customer
support. Your friend will need to fill in all of the detailed information it asks on the form so the team can look into it in more depth. Please note, they will take 48 hours to respond to the case submitted, if there was enough information added to the
form.

Once again, this is something your friend will have to do, as it is their account, not yours. Microsoft takes security seriously, which means they will not change any information because someone else has asked for the information to be changed. No one on
these forums has the capabilities to change account information, only chat and phone support have the permission and tools they need.

If the person is younger then 18, I would suggest that your friends parent or guardian (Carer) goes though this information with them. If your friend has no luck with the customer support, then they may be better trying to contact
Xbox Chat Support.
