Hey there, is this with just the two of you in a party or with others as well. In other words if you and someone else talks, can he hear everyone the same or you are still quiet? Sounds like the issue is his end.

If everyone else can hear well and is happening only with him, looks like the issue is with him and not yours.

I think so too, but I wanted a solution to the problem

It's possible that there might be something in his privacy settings that is restricting voice chat between the two of you? Are you both on each other's Xbox friends list?

really the problem was with him, thank you very much everyone he had mutated me and didn't realize

Could be his party audio that is too low. He can check it during the party, in Settings tab will appear Audio settings.
