If your friend had unauthorized account access, then they will need to reach out to

support here and open an unauthorized account access ticket so it can be investigated.

Please could you try the following delete your profile and then delete your cache and then redownload your profile.

This should clear the problem lets us know back on here if it worked or not and if not we can look in the problem further.

What browser you using, I had the same issues on IE but Chrome seems to be a lot better now. Good luck

Have him check his transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see if the funds were added to his account and to see where they might have gone. If he notices any transactions
