My friend keeps reporting me for no reason

My friend keeps reporting me for no reason and when I get mad at him he bans me for no reason when we play black ops which I don't think you know is a 18+ game so I can do what ever I want and if I say one word through messaging 3 buttons away and I could
be out for a week or two which I'm out for 2 and I think it's so dumb to be able to ban me for 1 small reason on a game rated 18+ so I'm definitely going to PlayStation because you can't get banned twice in the span of 2 weeks for doing nothing but saying
1 or 2 mean words over a game that's 18+ so I want to get dark matter8118 un banned because this is the second time now in 1 month I hate it. He got mad because I banned his message that said a lot of racial remarks he only was banned for 1 day then he makes
three accounts and banns me on all three and I get banned for a week for doing nothing I'm done with xbox

Suspended without detail of charges against me.

Same thing here. My mic isn't even plugged into my headset unless I'm partied with my close friends. So how/why I'm suspended is beyond me. My buddy isn't going to report me because of language. So people are just reporting for no reason. So now I can't
even communicate with my friends in game due to some players being spiteful for no reason whatsoever.
