    I have bought the time crystals which is a micro-transaction for MK11, I have bought it several times and he says that when he goes to claim it the system says he already owns it, I have bought it three times and I do not know what else to do.

    Sadly the gifts are region specific this is why. I suggest reaching out to support to see if there is any refund that can be done.

    A friend received it there's one week, his gifts, except the code of the game FIFA 14.

    But he was well received 3 month subscription to Xbox Live, and the code 15 €.

    And I had nothing!
