Trouble Downloading Lego Star Wars TCS on Xbox One

Lego Star Wars Is A Free Game of the week and i was wondering why my friend isn't able to download it. I was able to download it fine on my X1 but my friend can't. It says that his Xbox is unable to Download that specific item. I was wondering why this was
happening. It is 360 game. Is it something wrong with the Backwards Compatibility?

Can you gift Xbox Credit?

I currently have money in my Xbox wallet. I am wondering am I able to gift this credit to a friend? Thanks.

Hi there,

if this is region related then Gifts can only be used in the region they were bought in. Only option left is for the buyer to try and get a refund via Xbox Support (by Phone)

If this is a different issue then it's best that your friend specifies more information on the exact issue they are experiencing.

Without any more information it will be hard to try and assist

Yeah, but then what is the point of gifting games? The idea is if my friend in the US is lacking funds and I want him to be able to play that game with me I should be able to gift him the digital copy there and then.

Gifting games to your friends can only be done if you are in the same region.

For example you will not be able to gift a game to a friend if you live in US and the friend in the UK.

I only have one person on my friend's list to send gifts to and he isn't playing much. If you want some gifts just add me. I haven't been playing online but will soon.
