    So my friends account has been hacked, His account that was hacked was xxiicrypticiixx.

    He is online right now, who ever stole the account. In the reference number the hackers email is provided. Im talking on behalf of my friend because he cant sign into account

    If your friend's account has been compromised, he would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if he's in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If he hasn't done so already, he would need to file complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
