My friend is getting blackmailed.

(I'm posting this in COD:BO2 because that's all my friend ever really plays)

My friend is getting blackmailed by an Xbox Live user who is turning her router off. To keep him from turning the router off, he is making her send explicit photos and is making her talk to him. Keep in mind that she is a
MINOR and HE IS AN ADULT. I've told her to tell her parents and to go to the police about it, but she says she doesn't want to make it a big deal. She says that she will do those things
if he continues the blackmail.

Any suggestions/ anything I can do/ anything she can do/ anything I can spam Microsoft to get them to do?

I'm getting threaten and blackmailed about greeting hacked and I have autism and thy read my ip it was correct they read my service provider and city and state

I recently experience an online threat from a fellow Xbox live player. The player blackmailed my friend and I to follow his commands or he would fry my router. I would normally not worry to much but in the message he also stated my IP address. I contacted
Xbox Support and chatted to an Xbox agent. They gave me great advice and help me get through my crisis. The agent told me to reset my network hardware and contact my ISP. The agent made sure that player that blackmailed me would also see justice. Overall,

You just have to report it to the local authority, there is nothing else to do.

 

You've given the proper advice. Have her tell her parents and the police because it is a big deal.
