ok, so my friend got on my account just to be a jerk and sent messages too four of my friends that got me a communications suspension, is there anyway to appeal it? It's only for a day, but I don't like having it on my Xbox record and he did it just to make
me mad

Depends. Is that friend later in life going to ditch you? Is he kind of a jerk? I'd say the game. (Mostly because my friends can be jerks to anyone at any time.)

I know this doesn't answer your question, but I saw this, and laughed. Super hard. Thank you (or your roommates, rather) for the laugh today.

But, just so I don't get in any trouble for posting off topic, I'm going to suggest going down your friend list and tell your friends to report the gamertag as offensive, or if you play online games in the lobbies just talk to a few people and ask them to
report offensive username. If enough people report it you should be notified that you have to change it within like a day or so.

It actually only takes one complaint so as long as someone files a complaint on your account the enforcement team will get around to getting you a forced name change. No one on the forums can issue one.
