My friend got me a communication bane

hello,my friend got me a console bane because he came over my house and on my account he messaged his account youngdolphxD and said f*** you. When he got home he reported me and now I have a communication ban. Can you please try your hardest to fix this.

I have had 2 unfair communication bans that gave me harassment bans a day later after the communication ban which gave or lost the amount or chances left, on my main account DontLuzeHope. My 'friends' report me and got me banned.

 

Friend getting communication ban for playing the game

My friend recently got a communication ban after defeating a player on fortnite battle royal the player that got defeated then sent my friend messages that could have upsetted him in a manner and that exalted into a argument between the defeated player and
my friend.

Can you tell me why my friend got a communication ban instead of the other player also I have got evidence of the chat between my friend and the other player that my friend sent to me as well
