    So here's the deal. My friend lost his account multiple times already to people because he keeps on getting hacked. I'm trying to get his account back on my own but I could use some help. Microsoft, if you see this, please do something about it.

    My friend got hacked.

    My friend got hacked, his old GT was: (MOD REMOVED). They changed it to: (MOD REMOVED). I got a message from the new GT saying they hacked his account, and will not be giving it back, and that they are part of anonymous, also saying they are watching us.
    One of the supposed hackers in this OP was (MOD REMOVED), the other one I can't exactly get the correct spelling of the GT. I am going to get my friend on his new GT which is also some how friends with this supposed hacker, to contact the XBL Customer Support
    and try and get his account back.

    Your friend would have to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if he's in the US/Canada or http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Your friend should stop giving away his account details. No one gets hacked multiple times without them allowing themselves to be phished for info.

    You are not allowed to call out other people on the forums.

    Your friend will have to call support and open an unauthorized access ticket for his account. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

    Suggest he contact a LIVE Agent as only they can provide meaningful assistance on account theft. He can choose Option 2 after finding his country's support line: See

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
