    My friend got banned and it won't let me play


    Hi my friend was recently at my house and he got banned for talking smack, now my console is banned and I can't play.. What do I do? I already tried to remove his account but that didn't work

    I Reedemed a 7day code of a game I got a few weeks ago and it says that I've got gold but won't let me use party's or join my friends games (I'm not banned) someone's get back to me ASAP

    My ban is over and I still can't talk in party chat

    I got communications banned over 2 weeks ago and it said that it was over. I try to join my friends party and it still won't let me talk in any party chats. I have no active bans and need help to fix this problem

    Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
    the affected device.

    What games are you trying to play together? Do you get any error messages or codes (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide us with? Are you playing from the same location? It sounds like you guys may be experiencing some NAT issues but we need more

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but keep in mind that you are responsible for your account at all times. So it doesn't matter if it was you or your friend who sent the message, it was done on your account.
