My Friend gets a Error when he tried to change his Microsoft Account.

He got this error:

The problem with this is he has never tried changing anything till today, his live email got deleted since it was inactivate for a year (really don't know why MS does this) since he was in boot camp for the military. So the only way he can play online is
on his Xbox 360, if he tries to sign in on another Xbox 360, or any of the websites, Xbox.com, Live Email, etc it wont work since the email got deleted it does not recognize it.

That means he can not even change it the easy way on xbox.com. What are the solutions for this problem?

error code 80151012

My friend FTG I AM JESUS gave me his account info so I could download his profile onto my console but when I try I get that error message. He then tried to change his password and gave me the new one but it still does the same error. He tested that with
another friend and that friend was able to download it without a problem. I don't know how to fix this.

Cannot change Microsoft accounts

Hi, my friend was trying to change his Xbox Live Account's Microsoft Id/Email. The probly is that this won't let him do this on Xbox giving him a error message for no reason. After trying to change this on login.live he cannot receive verification messages
to his email. In fact we don't think he's receiving any kind of emails to his account.

We have mutliple problems here, firstly we cannot change his microsoft account on xbox, secondly, we cannot change his microsoft account on login.live because he cannot get a verification code to his email.

I get the wait 30 days thing, but he did not try changing it till just now, so there shouldn't had been a error. Though I guess we will wait 30 days and see if it lets him, probably will end up getting the error again.

The error is not when he tries to log into my account but it occurs when he tries to make it his home Xbox.

No when my friend change his on his xbox after creating his gamertag for his account he changed it for free

Since he's both trying to purchase with his Microsoft account balance and on a child account (the Xbox One store won't allow either), the purchase has to be made on the 360. What error is he getting when he tried to purchase there?
