My friend can't see his theme on his console. Call him to help.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see your friend is having issues with his console. If it is both the PC and console, this could mean there is an external issue like internet connection. You can give him the guide here to request a call.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next. On next box hit skip.
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

i am getting really mad at this guy because he keeps on hitting me offline (booting offline). when ever the guy sees I'm online he hits me back offline. he is not on my friends list but i have friends that have him as a friend and he looks on his friends,
friends list and he sees me online. he keeps on hitting me offline because supposably i owe him 20 dollars cause he thinks i spent 100 microsoft points on a dashboard theme and i allready filed a complaint on him but that doesnt stop him because he allwys
is online and he is getting my Ip address through this file called cain an abel

You will have to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to take action. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Your friend should also block communications with him. If he has compromised your friend's account, they will need to call support to have them to do an unauthorized access investigation. If he is just knocking him offline, then he has not accessed his account,
but is doing what's known as a ddos attack. In that case, your friend would need to call his ISP and tell them what is going on so they can help him.

I've got the same problem now. I have create a new theme but I can't use it, because there always is the classic theme.

I tried a lot of times to select my theme or one of the other themes, but it's back to classic.

Perhaps someone can help me and say how I got my theme?
