My friend can't recover account

My friend purchased Minecraft Java Edition, and then transferred it to a Microsoft account in 2022. But after that, he can't log into his account, it constantly requires an SMS code or to fill out a recovery form. When trying to send an SMS code, an error is shown that this method is not available. And when trying to restore the account through the recovery form, a refusal immediately comes.

He cannot send a request to technical support himself, because this requires logging into the account.

The password is correct, there is a receipt for the purchase of Minecraft.

Hi Minero, sorry your friend is facing this difficulty recovering their account. That's a tough spot to be in. It's possible that the account has been compromised and that's why the recovery form is not working.

Options are limited if the account recovery form did not work, but I would encourage your friend to review the replies from

I assure you, there is a phone support. What region are you in? You can check this page for contact numbers, but make sure your Xbox.com region is correct (upper-left hand corner)

Also try to delete your profile entirely from the console first. Delete the profile only (not items!), clear system cache, restart console, and try to recover again.
