My friend cannot join my Realms world nad friendships seems to not work correctly.

Playing Bedrock on PC. My friend is on XBOX.

He was able to join yesterday. But now he get weird messages about checking his internet connection, which is just fine.

And when I sent him the link again, the game tells the link has an error. Also he got a message saying there is a problem connecting

When trying to join my Realms world via the game, he get an error about the store and error code: 'S-400'. Tried googling that, but with slim proper results.

The friendships seem to work pretty weirdly within MC at the moment. I see that 0 friends are online. But searching my friend with his handle, shows me he is.

Yet even after that he does not show on my friend list. Nor is anyone else for that matter.

Any ideas?

So you are not seeing any other friends online? Or is he not seeing other friends online?

Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

I’ve tried all available to PlayStation of the above and I still cannot join any multiplayer realm or such. I played on my friends realm 3 days ago but since then I’ve not been able to join. It says “connecting” and then immediately closes out not joining the world.

It wasn't a realm world, more a server that my friends could join off of. Which suddenly stopped working game hosting wise, but I can join others fine with no issues.

Were you able to play on the world before? Do you own it yourself?

Is it a regular World or a Realm? May I also know the exact error message when your friend tries to join?

How about your other friends from other platforms, are they able to join the world which your other friend cannot?

yeah she is already on 1.19.1 everyone is already updated.

My partner created a realm via PS4 and our friend who plays via the switch can connect fine no issue's its just the realm that I created via windows 10 that seems to be the issue.

Removed all resource packs etc - Same issues.

Re-installed minecraft on the switch - same issues.

Edit :

Activated an old realm world - Switch can join no issues.

Created new world realm - Switch joins no issues.

Re-activate the current world where original issue was - Issue still present.

Replaced old realm world with current world back up (june 7th update 1.19) - Issue present.

Replaced world realm with back up before june 7th update (1.18 then updated the realm to 1.19 before switch joins) - issue present.
