My Friend recently bought skate 3 but he can't see it in his queue nor games he's tried resetting his Xbox but no luck

Recently?

Just bought my very first xbox one. Bought, downloaded and played horizon 3, now i want to get BO1 as a friend back home got the 360 and i would like to play with him. My problem is that it shows me the price in dollar but as soon as i click on buy, it changes
to south african rand and it give me a long BS story of stuff i need to do. WTF is up with this.
