My friend banned my 3 years old account

Hi everyone

I am writing this with me totally shocked about what happened

I have a Xbox account from 3 years with 30.000g points & 600friends &around 90 games

I leave my friend playing on my Xbox while I was busy with studying ,he messages someone toxic homophobic words &never told me about it

He keep playing until my acc receive a perma ban &still he close the Xbox

Leave without telling me about anything

When I find out ,I can't believe it ,I can't even message support to tell them the story

Its so sad &annoying

I am not an angel

I got some few bans from last years but with a day maximum with me telling ppl that they are noobs or bad players but not that type of trash-talking

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review (when it's working). However, you are responsible for your account at all times. It's a violation of the code of conduct to let anyone else use your account.

Not this account got ban it my old account is permanent is banned about 3 years go and this my new one and it got ban for 4 days for trash talk then I realise what I doing wrong then I stop doing it

It was a mistake

Well if your friends logged into your account (they shouldnt even have your login details to begin with) and said the N word, you are ultimately the one who is considered responsible for that at the end of the day.

If its been 3 years then theres nothing that can be done. Filing a case review is the only way to have an account ban removed and you can only file a case review for bans less than 1 year old (not that it would have likely mattered anyway. I highly doubt they would have removed the ban given what it was banned for)
