    Thank you. I've been jumping through hoops for an hour trying to figure out why it says refunded but I haven't received anything yet. It sends me to Microsoft support number and then I get sent back to the website over and over again

    If you purchase V-Bucks from Xbox or the Microsoft Store, they will only transfer to other devices where you have the game with the same Epic Games account linked after logging in with your Xbox account on an Xbox console and launching the game. Please note that this policy is directly imposed by Fortnite and not by Xbox, it is a decision made by the Fortnite team.
