my freind sent me a game on microsoft and its been over twelve hours and it hasnt come through

ive been playing with mine activated to my gamertag but no double xp .....but it hasnt been taking from my 24 hours ....so i dunno i sent mountain dew an email.....no reply......thats pretty crappy on mountain dews part........and i dont think its real time
i think its in game time .....

Its been 12+ days and my controller hasnt come yet its actually been 16 days and it was supposed to come on the 24th

wow this still hasnt been sorted out? come on microsoft this is ridiculous its only a 3 day alpha

Thank you. I've been jumping through hoops for an hour trying to figure out why it says refunded but I haven't received anything yet. It sends me to Microsoft support number and then I get sent back to the website over and over again

If you purchase V-Bucks from Xbox or the Microsoft Store, they will only transfer to other devices where you have the game with the same Epic Games account linked after logging in with your Xbox account on an Xbox console and launching the game. Please note that this policy is directly imposed by Fortnite and not by Xbox, it is a decision made by the Fortnite team.
