My free trial for xbox live is not working

Earlier today I activated a 1 month gold free trial and could use all of the gold features like going in to parties and playing online.

However now for some reason I have been put back down to silver.

https://account.microsoft.com/services says that I have a gold free trial lasting 1 month

Sign in to your Microsoft account says that I do not have a gold free trial active and when I try to activate it I get this error: "This payment
option is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be. Remove it from those accounts and try again, or add a different payment option."

One-month free subscription not appearing in "Services & Subscriptions"

A free one-month Xbox live trial appeared on my Xbox 360 dashboard, and the Xbox live gold started working after accepting the offer. However, the trial/subscription does not appear under "Services & Subscriptions" on my Microsoft account, so I cannot cancel
auto-renewal. Should I have to worry about canceling auto-renewal and being billed once the one month trial is over?

 

Xbox live servers failure

Yea same , my free trial doesn't expire till 11th and yet my gold isn't working at all been like this for days not till I brought a 12 month card did it start working.

Xbox live service is terrible atm nothing but issues since I got on it with my xbox one.
