    Paly in win10 just say my account has been bolcked and until 02/10/2047

    I'm going to have some bugs in the game and if these bugs happen, they'll get extrareward ，But this is not i want so i think this is why my aaount has been bolcked everytime you finish the game,in Settlement interface the game will crash.I didn't mean to
    use these bugs It's not fair!!! I used 100 dollars buy this game!

    You can not send the code to a different email, sorry.

    What you can do is go to accounts.live.com

    selecet can't access account

    selecet someone else is using my windows live id

    selecet reset password

    put in the current windows live id for your xbox live account

    put in captcha

    selecet customer support

    enter a VALID email address.

    Please fill out as much info as you can, if you don't know the info skip it.

    they will send you an password reset link instantly (if you entered the info correctly and verified your email as a windows live id.), use that and update all security info on your account, you will call be able to sign in.

    Does xbox live support try to be useless?

    The fix was to change my xbox e-mail. I talked to the supervisor and he tells me there is no record of my phone call with support from earlier today. So no MS points for me. I told him I was fine not getting points as long as I could make purchases today.
    He tells me I have to wait till probably Friday to get my account unblocked. I asked why it was blocked and he has no idea. I asked why I wasn't notified that a block was put on my account and he tells me that I should have been e-mailed but he has no idea
    why I wasn't.

    Are you sure you have an enforcement action on your account? What country are you in?

    The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here can do anything.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for info on your ban/suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    That is the only way to appeal a ban/suspension.

    This is not a viable solution because i cannot access my account in any way to change its settings. all i need is someone to send me a code to my current email so i can enter it and unblock my account. Or have someone switch my IDs so it will work. there
    is no way for me to log into my account on the computer. i need help.
