My Forza Rewards for Forza Horizon have changed and I have gotten ZERO help on the ...

In December when the "Storm Island expansion" was released for Forza Horizon 2 I purchased it right away. The problem was that as a VIP member I was supposed to get the DLC for half price, but when I purchased it the discount was not applied. So,
I contacted Microsoft Support via chat. The resolution to the issue was for them to reject my License to the DLC I had just purchased and then when I noticed that the license was revoked to then re-purchase the DLC. The problem that I am having now is that
at that exact time my Forza Horizon 1 Rewards changed in regards to my purchased DLC. I used to have a 2000/2000 Forza rewards score for Forza Horizon 1. After the Storm Island DLC license cancllation my score changed to 1900/2000 (basically you get 250
point if you own 5/5 DLC for Forza Horizon 1, it used to show me owning 5/5 but after the Storm Island issue it now shows 3/5 or 150/250 points). I have a very strong suspicion that the two issues are related. Like as If they didn't know what they were doing
when they revoked my license for Storm Island on Forza Horizon 2 it somehow effected some of my Forza Horizon 1 DLC. Which is why now it shows on the rewards site that I only own 3/5 DLC's. I have checked in the game however and I still have access to all
the DLC in Forza Horizon. I just think that these two issues happening at the exact same time is not a coincidence. I have already tried the "official" Forza Website no help there for over a month. I then went back to the "chat support" that I have a feeling
could be the cause to this issue. They just directed me over to these forums.... Somebody help me out! Please,,,.

Forza 3 horizon + hot wheels pack NOT available ?

Sorry for my english ! I have buy digital pack of Forza horizon 3 + hot wheels pack play anywhere, no problem on windows 10 but Forza 3 horizon not unlocked in my Xbox One, nowhere not in ready to install or another location, when i open on the store the
pack that i have buy i see not available and Forza 3 standard locked...

Xbox twitter support are totally incompetent and useless. Thank you for help.

I have an Xbox one and I got forza horizon 3 for Christmas.I did the challenges on the forza thon and did not get the rewards but all my friends did get the rewards.
