My Forza Horizon 5 keeps getting deleted every time I restart my PC

I have an Xbox game pass and I mostly play Forza Horizon 5, recently, after restarting my PC, I try to launch the game and it takes me to the Microsoft store window for "Gaming Services".
I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and the problem wasn't fixed, it still took me to the same window.
But then I checked my storage, and I realized that the files for Forza Horizon 5 were gone.
I tried "Verify and repair", I also tried reinstalling the Xbox program, but it still got me nowhere.
Lastly, I tried checking my SSD using the command sfc/scan
and the command chkdsk, and no errors were found.
I have no idea what to do, as I have so far reinstalled the game 11 times.

Is it happening with Forza or other games as well?

Yeah Forza Horizon 5 and Starfield reinstall for me upon restarting my PC every time. I'm not sure if this is related, but I had FH5 and SF already installed on a different drive when I reset my PC recently, and don't think I re-downloaded them after, it just found them. I'm tempted to do a complete reinstall and not bring any games over this time, but no idea if that's why.

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
