My forza horizon 4 says that I need to delete and sync them again

ok so

1.go to my games and apps

2.Hover over forza andpress the 3 lines button

3.go down to manage game

4. go down to saved data and press delete all

5. Reopen the game it should say it needs to sync saved data and will start syncing

Do a hard reset and see if that helps if not maybe the save data got corrupted

delete the save from the console so that the cloud is synchronized

I found that I can't sync, get my old data back. But, I found a way to get the forza horizon 4 in my second account! In Microsoft store it says that I can play forza horizon 4,or buy to my own. Does this mean that I have to buy the game? I think no.

No ....even the horizon 4... and 5 is not in my library... I need to found it for download again... and now forza 7 is not in my library
