My Forza Horizon 4 save is deleted

Hi i got a Ultimate Edition of Forza Horizon 4 and i got the problem.

I wanted to play this on computer so i download the game,everything is fine.When i want to play i see the 0% progress of the game.

I dont know what happened.I got like 480 lvl so im really sad because everything i had is deleted.I dont know what i should do so i ask for help.

I got the limited edition cars like Haloween Bone Schaker,Hoonicorn v2 so my save was pretty ,,expensive".Previously i played on xbox now on PC.

I use same gamertag, login.Its like im see my Lamborghini sesto elemento tune and i dont get this car in my garage...everything i had is deleted its only left tunes,photos,blueprints.My character is deleted too.All my progress.Please help me...

Good Morning try this

How do you reset your progress on Forza Horizon 4?

Question Info

Go to My games and apps.
Highlight Forza Horizon 4.
Hit the menu or start button.
Go to manage game.
Go down to the save for his profile name and hit A.
you will see two options to delete off console or delete everywhere, select delete everywhere it deletes from console and the cloud storage.

i still have all my progress in forza horizon 4 after trying this i checked if it was saved before by going on my games and apps then i pressed more options on forza horizon 4 and selected Manage game and add-ons and scrolled down to the Saved data tab
and it says there is 10 MB of reserved space for forza horizon 4.not sure if this is the correctway to chech or if that tells me it is saved but it worled for me. hope this helps.

Thanks for your post, at the time there is no way to delete save data for Forza Horizon 4 on PC. In the game settings there may be an option to start over but that of course would most likely delete all progress and make in irreversible. Check out the

I recommend you to log in to the game from an xbox, and upload your data without connection, if this does not work and you see your progress in 0% now use the cloud, I hope it is a quick solution, if not, the saved will be lost

There is a possibility that your cloud save is still there, but for some reason, is not syncing on your PC.

Do you have access to an Xbox One and Forza Horizon 4? If so, then can you load up the game and see if your progress is still there. If it is, then you at least know the save hasn't been lost.

I'm searching around for some answers. Some are suggesting the usual, make sure everything is up to date, reinstall the game.
