My Forza Horizon 3 account is damaged and cannot be load from my PC

I see my achievements online but when i start Forza Horizon 3 in Windows 10 it says i`m Level 1 and i have 0 Cars. What can I do?

I only edited a car in the car editor. I wanted to delete a skin. Then I got message boxes that my account is broken and it startet to synchronize.

I already tried to cleanup game data on my pc. It then starts a synchronisation with my account but then it starts with level 0 again.

Please help me as i already missed the forzatron last week end and don't want to miss more.

Getting this error when I try and run Forza Horizon 3 on my PC:

Forza Horizon 3 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

 

The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available

Today I redemed forza horizon 3 standard edition on PC in my microsoft account, after installing I launched forza and when he wants to sync data it appeared this massage "The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer
available"

I Play on PC.

When i logged in on 1. of July 6:00 pm my account was totaly normal but then i tryied to delete a car skin. Forza Horizon suddenly showed a message to synchronize my account and after that all my account is damaged and i cannot load it. It only showed LVL
1. I tried to restart computer and game but it cannot be load. I even deinstalled and reinstalled the complete Game (64GB download). But same again. after synchronization it says lvl 1 and all my cars are gone.

I see my cars in my online profile, so my data must be somewhere. Since i cannot do the backup of my data myself, in my opinion microsoft must do it and a crash of the game cannot be responsible for the loss of my complete profile... please tell me that
anybody can bring my data back. i played for over half a year and was about lvl 650 when Forza Horizon 3 decidet to kill my data... i also spend a lot of money for the game a lot of dlcs...
